The conference will run for two-and-a-half days. The total number of papers will be around 30, so as to allow for ample time for open and one-on-one discussions and exchanges of ideas. The first two meetings of ICS, in January 2010 and 2011, will be held in Beijing, China, under the auspices and financial support of the Institute for Theoretical Computer Science of Tsinghua University. There will be printed proceedings, distributed at the conference, and thereafter available for purchase from Tsinghua University Press.
Program Selection Process
Frequency ICS will be held once a year, in January.
Venue In 2010 and 2011, ICS will be held in Beijing, China, under the auspices and financial support of the Institute for Theoretical Computer Science (ITCS) of Tsinghua University.
Financial Support For the 2010 and 2011 meetings, ITCS will provide full support for one author of each accepted paper, including flight (economy airfare at the minimum of the amount), hotel lodging (up to 4 nights), and registration fee. In addition, ITCS will also award some travel grants to some graduate students interested in attending ICS. (The number and amount will be determined based on availability of funds.)
